ICEFA 2013 Prize Awards - Seychelles, Addis Abeba

The invitation to participate in 2013 International Children's exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice was distributed in all countries our embassy is accredited to; there were among the participants several schools in Ethiopia and the Seychelles. As the only representative of the Seychelles, a student of Pointe Larue School received "Honourable Mention". Besides the school management also representatives of the Ministry of Education attended the prize-giving ceremony, which was covered by the main Seychelles daily, Seychelles Nation.
Through the Ministry of Education, thanks for participation in the competition were extended to other three Seychelles primary and secondary schools, students of which received no awards. Seychelles schools will also participate in this year's competition.
