ICEFA 2018 Prize Awards - Burma, Rangoon

On 4 December 2018, Ambassador Jaroslav Doleček presented awards to the Myanmar winners of the 46th International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice 2018.
The ceremony took place on the premises of the Czech embassy in Rangoon. This year's edition of the competition saw among the winners Anusha Avasthi and Poe Poe Sunn, pupils of the Myanmar International School in Rangoon.
The ceremony took place in the presence of the headmaster, the class teacher of the girls and their parents, who were enthused by the success of their children.
Myanmar children participate regularly in the International Children’s Exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice and they have always received some of the awards or an honourable mention at least. We are glad we are able to contribute to the development of cultural and artistic sense in local young talents and look forward to the next edition of the competition.
