ICEFA Lidice 2019 Prize Awards – Azerbaijan, Baku

On 3 December 2019, the Czech embassy in Baku saw Ambassador of the Czech Republic Milan Ekert presenting awards to three out of four Azerbaijani winners of this year's 47th International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice on the theme "Chemistry".
This year’s Azerbaijani winners were 14-year-old Fəridə Şirinova and Fuad Elçin Anzurov, 11-year-old NurlanRizvanlı and 7-year-old Rasim Əli Pənahov.
Looking back, contestants from Azerbaijan won awards in a sequence of 12 previous ICEFAs. The theme Chemistry presented no problem for the enthusiastic artists from Azerbaijan, on the contrary. It is nicely exemplified by the award-winning entry by 11 year-old Rizvanli Nurlan.
