ICEFA 2020 Prize Awards – Serbia
22. 1. 2021
One medal and five honourable mentions go to participants from Serbia for their entries of the 48th International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice on the theme Landscape.
Children from Serbia are very interested in the exhibition every year and the 48th exhibition was no exception. The Lidice Gallery received 558 entries in total by students of 32 schools and 2 individuals. The highest award, the "Rose of Lidice" medal, went to Taisa Deljanin from the Dositej Obradović School (Bela Crkva) for her sculpture of a flying bird made of products of nature. Honourable mentions went to Luka Arsenović from Vera Blagojević School (Banja Koviljača), Edina Kis Bicskei from Petőfi Sándor School (Gornji Breg), Katalin Perna from the Gymnasium for gifted students Bolyai (Senta), Ivona Milošev and Nikola Rajilić from Vršac Artists Affirmation.
Because of the current epidemic, the award-winning children received their certificates and medals along with the gifts from the embassy – the book The Oddsockeaters in Serbian and coloured pencils – by post. We would like to thank all for their participation and congratulate the winners. We look forward to entries from Serbia to the next edition – on the theme "Robot and artificial Intelligence".
