Registration of works to 45. ICEFA Lidice 2017

2. 3. 2017

Dear teachers, participants,

Please be patient with the registration of works to actual edition of ICEFA Lidice, which unfortunately cannot be done faster. Recently we are receiving daily to Lidice gallery large amount of packages, which is necessary not only to unpack, but also count works, put stamps on each work and number it. At the same time we need to register name, address and all contacts of sending organization to our database. Usually it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to register one package and this cannot be done faster. Despite the fact that we are working at the highest commitment, we cannot guarrantee to register packages on the same day, when they are delivered to Lidice. At the same time it can happend, that the newly arrived shipments are processed sooner th than those, which came earlier. The huge number of shipments is not possible to sort, search for particular one or keep packages in time sequence of their arrival in Lidice. Please understand this difficult situation and do not send questions about the delivery of your consignment - wait until your shipment comes to turn. Registration will continue until the first round of the jury - ie. to 23. 3. 2017.
We also want to remind, that registration is based on the physical receiving the works to Lidice, not on sending the electronic Application form by e-mail.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
