ICEFA 2013 Lidice Sub-Competition jury - Great Britain, Stoke-on-Trent

Judging The 2012 /2013 UK Children's Fine Art Competition (UKCFAC), sub competition to the ICEFA, took place at the SKYROOM of the North Staffordshire YMCA, Stoke-on-Trent. It was sponsored by Theartbay Gallery and Fine Art Publishers, The Strasser Foundation, YMCA and the Barnett Stross Foundation.

Over 800 high quality works of art were assessed by nationally recognised judges: Peter Smith, Julie Winwood, Harry Davies, Kerry Darlington, Emma Joustra, Sid Kirkham and Tiffany Budd.And they had a tough task deciding on prizewinners!! The children had clearly gone to great lengths to produce some beautiful artworks.Prizes were awarded across counties at Primary, Secondary and Special school level, culminating in a national award for each level and an award for best overall school contribution.

A selection of the best entries are being shipped as UK submissions to The International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts.
