ICEFA 2013 Prize Awards - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo, Vlasenica

On 20 February Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Bosnia and Herzegovina Tomáš Szunyog presented certificates to the children whose entries had been awarded a prize in the 41st International Children's Exhibition of fine Arts Lidice.
Taking place in 2013, the 41st edition had upwards of 24,000 artworks by children from 68 countries. Out of them, 1,400 were awarded a prize. Works by children from three primary schools from Bosnia and Herzegovina were sent in. The awards went to Helena Lakić and Igor Šikuljak, pupils of Vuk Karadžić Primary School in Vlasenica. Ambassador Szunyog congratulated them and gave them certificates and presents.
Pupils of this school send in their works to Lidice regularly, and thanks to their art teacher Mr. Njegoš Arnaut, are awarded prizes every year.
