ICEFA 2014 Prize Awards - Panama, Panama

On October 23rd, 2014 the student Abraham I. Hidalgo received his ICEFA Lidice 2014 award in the office of the Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Panama.

The Consul Herman Bern personally presented the award to Hidalgo from the Instituto Bern Bautista Bilingue, including an honourable mention and some presents for his work on the topic of “Family Farming, or Our Garden and Field“. Abraham’s art professor, Ms.Marisol Garcia Mendieta, and professor Julio Rosero were present at the ceremony.

All guests were then invited by the Consul to a luncheon at the Intercontinental Miramar.

We would like to thank Lidice Memorial and ICEFA Lidice for the opportunity to participate each year in this exceptional exhibition and we wish them many succesful years ahead. The students of Panama are already preparing their works to be sent to the 43rd installment of the competition.
