Israeli children are regular participants in the competition and this year for of them are among the winners. Czech ambassador Ivo Schwarz awarded on 21 October 2016 Malak Abedellhadi (4, Honourable Mention) from Kindergarten Al-Baraem in Iksal Village, Nidan Darawshi (4, Honourable Mention) from Kindergarden Al-Fardos in Iksal Village, Shani Oistacher (13, Honourable Mention) from Studio of Art-Ruta Kreitser in Jerusalem and Mark Shleifer (10, Honourable Mention) from Studio of Art-Ruta Kreitser in Jerusalem.
