ICEFA 2020 Prize Awards – Hungary
13. 1. 2021
Medals and certificates of the 48th International Children's exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice 2020 on the theme Landscape go to 12 young artists from Hungary.
An individual medal for an exquisite print featuring trees was awarded to Zoé Czintula, a student of the Art School in Magyarpolány. This year's great success was the Ferenc Kazinczy Primary and Art School in Debrecen; the school received a medal for a distinctive and colourful collection of prints, its students Natasa Angyal, Lili Balaskó, Gréta Balogh, Noémi Fazekas, Alexandra Fekete, Emma Jaczina, Bálint Kovács, Levente Szodrai, Petra Hanna Tokai, Zsigmond András Török and Mátyás Uzdi received honourable mentions. A honourable mention for a watercolour painting went to Kamilla Gajdacsi, a student of the Art School in Kozármisleny.
Because of anti-epidemic measures in place, the embassy sent the certificates and medals by post to the award-winning schools, where teachers presented them officially to the children. Our congratulations go to the laureates, with thanks to all for their participation!
